Our opening hours
Our opening hours are designed to offer plenty of choice and flexibility to our customers:
Monday and Wednesday: 10:00–20:00
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 10:00–18:00
Saturdays: 10:00–14:00
During staff holiday periods, opening hours are 10:00–18:00 every day.

What if it's urgent?
Although we do not provide an in-house emergency service, we will guide you so that your pet can receive the appropriate care as quickly as possible.
We work closely with referral centres that provide emergency and hospitalisation services, and we will advise you on where to go depending on the situation.
